MacRoots (Pty) Ltd believes in and subscribes to the purpose and underlying principles of ethical behaviour and work and have therefore decided to introduce an Ethics Policy within the company.

It is the policy of MacRoots (Pty) Ltd to uphold its reputation and provide trustworthy and ethical business services. It therefore supports its employees and clients who speak up and raise concern regarding questioning ethical and/or unethical behaviour and business dealings. All employees, clients and management therefore have an obligation to report incidents and concerns. The company will not tolerate retaliation in any form, against anyone for raising concerns or reporting incidents, improper, unethical, or inappropriate behaviour. An anonymous process of reporting is established via the reporting below. All reports will be treated confidentially, however you have the option to submit personal details, and management is fully committed to the process of taking corrective action where necessary.
