Repairs Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to all Repairs rendered by or through MacRoots (Pty) Ltd.
The Repair Terms and Conditions shall apply to every Order and Agreement entered into by and between MacRoots (Pty) Ltd and the Client and shall regulate the parties’ relationship and responsibilities to each other in respect of all Services. These Terms and Conditions are and will be final and binding upon the Client and is not subject to any suspensive or resolutive terms or conditions.
MacRoots (Pty) Ltd collects & delivers orders and repairs
Please ensure you understand our delivery and collection service information before scheduling a delivery. MacRoots (Pty) Ltd and its employees will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of whatever nature howsoever caused to data, hardware or software. The backup of data and software remains the responsibility of the customer.

Letter of Good Standing
Verifies that the Workman’s Compensation Fund will help an employer for any work-related injuries.
This letter goes a long way to show good faith to clients in a contract that they will not be liable to pay for medical expenses or life covers for the employees working in their premises in the event of an accident at work or illness. Additionally, this document is proof that one has no pending claims or debts on the Compensation Fund record.

Tax Clearance Certificate
A Tax Clearance Certificate in South Africa means your business is in good standing with SARS
A Tax clearance certificate is declaration from SARS to a 3rd party that the specific individual or entity is 100% compliant with regards to all tax affairs. A Tax Clearance Certificate is essentially a piece of official documentation that your business can get from SARS as proof that you have no outstanding Tax at SARS.
